Knowledge, Communication and Quality

The objective of the Knowledge and Quality Area is to provide cross-functional support to the institution in achieving excellence in organization, strategy, and research:

  • Knowledge Management is responsible for overseeing the identification, organization, storage, dissemination, and preservation of knowledge, especially critical knowledge, to ensure its accessibility and sharing, as well as for maintaining analysis mechanisms focused on decision-making.
  • Quality and Processes ensures consistency in actions based on defined and measurable criteria, promotes the continuous improvement cycle, and provides guidance on the implementation and maintenance of quality management systems.
  • Document Management is responsible for establishing and managing policies for the creation, administration, consultation, access, conservation, and preservation of documents, as well as promoting, designing, and implementing systems, methodologies, and documentary solutions.
