The mission of the Administration and Finance Area is to ensure that the Insitució's financial resources are managed efficiently, in accordance with the current regulatory framework, guaranteeing their sustainability.

  • Supplier and customer accounting.
  • Accounting for fixed assets.
  • Payroll accounting.
  • Treasury and expense settlement payments.
  • Taxation of the entity.

Management control

  • Preparation and monitoring of the Institution's Budget.
  • Preparation, analysis and reporting of financial information to make the right decisions.
  • Preparation of the Annual Accounts.

Sustainability

  • Search for alternative sources of funding.
  • Ensure that resources are not wasted.
  • Work for the achievement of financial balance.

Other

  • Legal: Review of Agreements / Contracts, Compliance, Transparency.
  • Asset Purchasing Management.
  • Sanitary authorizations for shipments of biological samples.
  • Interview with the Data Protection Officer.
